Returns

Because Habplumb is a digital service, there are no physical returns. This page explains the alternatives.

Habplumb (HAB PLUMBING INC.) provides digital closet planning information only. Plans may be inaccurate. No installation, contracting, carpentry, structural, wall-mounting, child-safety, fire-safety, moving, cleaning or professional organizing services are offered, and no physical products are sold or shipped.

1. No physical returns

Habplumb does not sell or ship physical products, so there is nothing to return by mail. We do not handle storage hardware, organizers or any tangible goods.

2. Digital credits

If you have a concern about purchased planning credits, it is handled through our Refund Policy rather than a return. Unused credits may be reviewed for a refund within the stated window.

3. Plan quality issues

If a generated plan did not produce its core components due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will re-issue or refund the credit.

4. Placeholder checkout

In this version no payment is processed, so in practice there is nothing to return or refund. These terms describe how things would work once payments are connected.
