Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for digital closet planning credits purchased from Habplumb.

Habplumb (HAB PLUMBING INC.) provides digital closet planning information only. Plans may be inaccurate. No installation, contracting, carpentry, structural, wall-mounting, child-safety, fire-safety, moving, cleaning or professional organizing services are offered, and no physical products are sold or shipped.

1. Digital credits

Habplumb sells digital planning credits in USD. A credit is consumed when a plan is generated. Because the product is digital, refund handling differs from physical goods.

2. Placeholder checkout

In this version, checkout is a placeholder and no payment is processed, so in practice there is nothing to refund. The terms below describe how refunds would work once a payment processor is connected.

3. Unused credits

Requests to refund clearly unused credits within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed in good faith. Credits already spent on generated plans are generally non-refundable.

4. Problems with a plan

If a generated plan fails to deliver its core components (zone map, calendar, estimate and checklist) due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will re-issue the credit or refund it.

5. How to request

Email support@habplumb.shop with your purchase details. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. No physical returns

Because nothing is shipped, there are no physical returns associated with a refund. See our Returns page for details.
